Hi all, nearly there on the second build.

There are a few new things to me on this build:

I’m using some local wood, Queensland maple body and Blackwood neck.  

Also trying the contoured neck joint / heal carve.

The truss rod is an upside down spoke wheel with adjustment through the fretboard. Must remember to turn the opposite direction to normal  

It’s 24 fret, to give me a slightly deeper neck pocket for gluing strength.

Will have a single p90 when finished.

Will do. Yeah youtube is where I found his stuff too. 

I'll stick with Liberon oil, I think Mark recommends that for an oil finish and I used it on my bandsman build.  Not game to play with colour yet 🙂
