You can use contact cement @koendb but that can make it harder to remove, if need be. Or possibly a rubber adhesive...

Excellent work @koendb, your V is shaping up nicely! Regarding the gaps, perhaps you could blend the join a bit after gluing on the neck. Filler will be visible..
