@brie I never sand joints, I use a hand plane only. It is quicker, once you have passed the learning curve. And a lot less labor intensive.
You should not see any gap whatsoever. -

@brie They will assess everything to do with insulation and then see where you can improve and/or whether what you have already is adequate. They checked roof in, wall insulation, floor insulation, you name it. Now, it’s not always possible… Read more»
